CarePlans is an interactive calendar designed by Life's Last Needs to help you coordinate with your friends, family, and neighbors the tasks that elderly loved ones encounter each day. Our very simple calendar tool works in the following way: one person (the administrator) creates a calendar for a loved one and enters tasks that need to be done. These tasks could be anything from dropping off dinner to driving that person to an appointment. Then, other family members "sign up for" these tasks and make sure that the responsibility is handled
